Support Line is community-based async help with weekly group office hours. Sessions are dedicated 1:1 time with a solo nerd focused entirely on your problem.
How fast can I get help?
Support Line: best effort, typically within 24 hours. Sessions: book the next available slot (often same-day). Emergency sessions and incident response: we drop everything.
What if my project needs more than one session?
Consider a Rescue Project or a Complete Build package. You get a dedicated nerd, multiple sessions, and a full delivery workflow with milestones and PRs. The $99 consultation fee is credited toward any engagement.
Can I cancel my Support Line subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime. No questions asked. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Retainers are also month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
